We regret that we do not have an online payment system but we accept Visa, Mastercard through our Credit Card payment form. Otherwise we will give you a call to get your details. Please do not send your credit card details via e-mail.
And we also accept money order, cheque or direct deposit to our bank account. For more information Please contact us anytime during office hours.
If Overseas we only accept Credit card payment by Visa or Mastercard!
REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
We gladly exchange (14 days) but we DO NOT give refunds on goods. NO CREDIT ON STOCK UNLESS UNUSED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION/PACKAGING. No exchange on Sale items/Special orders (goods not held in stock).
If you are to return an item, please make sure to send it registered/insured, or you may have to pay any damages and lost of item. We do use Australia post and if parcel arrived with damage by courier please send it back with the original post satchel. Conditions apply.
